LaunchShelf Marketplace Terms Of Service
Effective August 6, 2026. These terms apply to visitors, buyers, sellers, shop members, and account holders using LaunchShelf.
Using LaunchShelf
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the platform only for lawful products and communications. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you report unauthorized access.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers control their storefront content, product descriptions, prices, inventory, delivery rules, support contacts, and shop policies. Listings must accurately describe what a buyer receives. Sellers may not publish unsafe, infringing, deceptive, or prohibited material.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must review the product listing, seller identity, delivery estimate, and published policies before arranging a purchase. Do not send payment when LaunchShelf cannot confirm current availability or when a seller asks for passwords, recovery codes, or unrelated sensitive information.
Digital Files and Product Media
Paid files are intended to remain private and access-controlled. Product images may be displayed publicly. Users may not bypass access controls, redistribute paid files without permission, upload malicious content, or misuse another person’s intellectual property.
Availability and Platform Changes
We may limit, suspend, or remove accounts, storefronts, or listings to protect users, comply with legal obligations, address abuse, or maintain the service. Features may change as the product develops, but published prices and availability must be revalidated before a purchase can proceed.
Liability and Disputes
Sellers are responsible for the products and seller-authored policies they publish. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LaunchShelf is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Report a product or account concern to platform support with relevant order or request details.
