LaunchShelf Marketplace Privacy Notice
Effective August 6, 2026. This notice explains the main categories of information used to provide and protect LaunchShelf.
Information We Receive
LaunchShelf receives information you submit, including account identity and contact details, storefront settings, product content, support communications, delivery information, and security preferences. Technical records may include request identifiers, device and session information, IP addresses, and security activity.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate accounts and storefronts, protect sessions, deliver requested features, show public seller and product information, calculate delivery, communicate security events, investigate abuse, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Public Storefront Information
Published shop names, handles, descriptions, logos, covers, support channels, seller policies, product media, product details, prices, categories, tags, and availability may be visible to visitors and search engines. Private product files, storage keys, checksums, passwords, and recovery codes are not public storefront data.
Service Providers and Retention
Infrastructure, storage, email, security, and payment service providers may process information only to provide their contracted service. Records are retained for the period needed for account security, transactions, disputes, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and service operations.
Your Choices and Requests
You can update profile and storefront information through your account, change security settings, revoke sessions, or request account deletion. Some transaction, safety, dispute, or legal records may be retained after deletion where required.
Security
LaunchShelf uses access controls, session protection, two-factor authentication options, private object storage for paid files, and audit records. No system can promise absolute security; report suspected unauthorized access promptly and never share passwords or recovery codes.
