Marketplace Policy
LaunchShelf Seller Agreement
Responsibilities for listings, fulfillment, buyer support, fees, records, and marketplace conduct.
Effective August 10, 2026 · Version 2026-08-10
Accurate Storefront Information
Sellers must provide accurate identity, support, product, pricing, availability, delivery, and refund information. A listing must clearly explain what a buyer receives and any material limitations.
Orders and Fulfillment
Sellers must fulfill paid orders within the published terms, protect buyer information, keep delivery events accurate, and respond to legitimate order issues. Digital files must be owned or properly licensed and safe to download.
Fees, Settlement, and Records
Applicable platform and processor fees are shown in transaction records. Settlement may be held for a published period, review, refund, dispute, or legal requirement. Sellers remain responsible for their own tax and reporting obligations.
Marketplace Enforcement
LaunchShelf may suspend listings or storefronts to protect users, preserve evidence, investigate abuse, or meet legal obligations. Sellers receive a reason and a support path where an appeal is available.
