Respect Accounts and Access Controls
Do not access another person’s account, order, storefront, private file, or operator tool. Do not share permanent access links, bypass download limits, scrape private data, or probe the service without written authorization.
Protect Marketplace Integrity
Do not manipulate payments, webhooks, reviews, inventory, fees, seller balances, search results, or platform metrics. Automated traffic must respect published controls and may be restricted when it harms users or availability.
Safe Communications
Do not harass users, send unsolicited promotions, request passwords or recovery codes, or use order contact information for unrelated marketing.
Enforcement
We may rate-limit, suspend, or close access when necessary to prevent abuse, investigate risk, or protect the service. Material actions are recorded and an appeal path is provided where appropriate.
